Express gratitude

Writing an expression of gratitude to someone who touched your life, even in a small way. Sit for a moment in silence and think about people who made your day a little better. Take time to write that person a note of appreciation.

At Onsite plus we try to follow this idea but we have the help of the Desk Yogi series of videos and audio clips to help establish this routine and remind us when we forget to do this very important gesture of recognition.

It means a lot to people to be recognised for a positive thing especially when it wasn't solicited.

Take a moment at the end of your workday to reflect and think about the positive impact or help someone gave you today.
