At Desk Yogi we take our sweets seriously and mindfully. Desk Yogi member Darlene says, "I am never relaxed when I eat, I also eat in a rush. I wasn’t able to smell or taste it, however Mindful Chocolate Eating did make me aware of what I was eating and to slow down and actually try to enjoy."
