you’re working from home, your kitchen is probably way more stocked than any
office you've had. And that means there’s always something to snack on, whether
you really need it or not. Eating lunch at your desk at work isn’t the greatest
situation, either. For the March Challenge, let’s talk about food. We’ve got videos
that dig in from all angles, from mindful eating to nutrition to recipes for Super
Salads and Magical Soups (yeah, you’ll have to watch to find out what they are).
