Kallika Bruce, Managing Director & Workplace Wellbeing Consultant
Kallika is a Clinical Complementary Therapist and licenced Acupuncturist with a background in massage, shiatsu, yoga, reiki and other body mind therapies. She began her career in Australia in the early 1990’s where she experienced a variety of workplaces from exclusive private clinics, corporate settings, luxury spas and hotels to public health facilities.
In 2014 Kallika moved to the UK and began working for Onsite Plus as a massage therapist and later extending her services to offer online yoga and mindfulness sessions. During the Covid pandemic she took up a directorship and ultimately the role of Managing Director.
Kallika is now I am mostly office based but continues to deliver online desk yoga sessions and the occasional office or event massage. Her desire is to see complementary therapies firmly integrated within our healthcare system and workplace wellbeing an integral part of business philosophy.
Paul Hancock, Head Trainer and Assessor
Paul started his working life as a chartered surveyor when he had some health issues that led him to receive massage. The experience was so profound that it inspired him to change careers. That was more than 20 years ago, and he’s never looked back. He now offers seated acupressure, remedial massage, reflexology and teaches pilates in corporate offices.
In 1995 Paul began tutoring with the Academy of On-Site Massage, the country’s leading seated acupressure trainer and throughout this time has trained hundreds of the UK’s best therapists. He has been instrumental in designing Onsite Plus seated massage course that is now one of the most comprehensive seated massage courses available in the UK
